In episode 470, Computers Can Do Anything, hosts Marco Arment, Casey Liss and John Siracusa spoke about how we need to keep things simple in our interfaces because users "don't know where anything is."
This project is a response to that minute of conversation during episode 470, targeting towards IT Help Desk Personnels for useful tips and obvious solutions for common tech issues encountered daily as well as laughs to lighten up after having to solve common issues all day.
